The CASS Forum 2013 Economics was held in Beijing on 16th August 2013. The forum was organized by the Chinese Academy of Social Science and co-hosted by the Institute of Population and Labor Economics, CASS. Scholars from many Universities and Institutes have attended the forum, including the University Washington, University of Michigan, Australian National University, Tsinghua University, Asian Development Bank, the Development Research Centre of the State Council, the National Development and Reform Commission. The forum was divided into four main sessions. The topic of session 1 was “Equal Opportunities, Job Security and Stable Labor Market”. The topic of session 2 was “Household Registration Reform, Public Services and Inclusive City”. The topic of session 3 was “The Ctizenization of Migrant Workers and New Economic Growth Point”. The Topic of session 4 was “The Prospects of China Urbanization”.
