摘要： 利用全国五大城市1 216名已婚青年的调查数据,探讨了已婚青年的独生子女身份与夫妻权力的关系。研究结果表明,青年夫妻的婚姻类型与他们在各项家庭事务的决策权之间不存在关系;在家庭经济收入的管理方面,妻子的权力相对更大,而一方或双方是不是独生子女对这种男弱女强的经济权力模式没有影响;在承担家务事方面,不同婚姻类型的青年夫妻之间存在一定差别。双独夫妻在做家务方面比双非夫妻以及单独夫妻表现得更为平等;在春节去谁的父母家吃年饭方面,独生子女身份的因素在双独夫妻中没有影响,但在单独夫妻中具有一定影响。总的来看,青年的独生子女身份与其夫妻权力之间不存在明显的相关关系。研究结论在一定程度上支持了夫妻权力的"文化规范论"。

The Identity and Conjugal Powers of Married Only-Children——A Survey and Analysis of 1,216 Married Young Adults in Five Major Cities

Abstract： Based on the data of a survey of 1,216 married young adults in five major cities,the paper discusses the identity and conjugal power of married only-children.The results show that there is no relationship between the type of marriage of young couples and their decision-making power in their family affairs.In the management of family incomes,the wife’s power is bigger than husbands’,and there is no effect on this economic power mode whether the wife and husband is an only-child or not.In terms of doing housework,there are some differences between the young couples of different marriage types.Both-Only-Child Couples show more equality than One-Only-Child Couples and Both-Non-Only-Child Couples.When it comes to whose parents’ home to go for the Spring Festival Eve dinner,the only-child identity does have some effect on One-Only-Child Couples,but has no effect on Both-Only-Child Couples.Generally speaking,there is no relationship between the only-child identity of young adults and the conjugal power.The result offers some support to the "culture norm theory" of conjugal power.
