摘要： 统筹城乡经济社会发展,全面建设小康社会,构建社会主义和谐社会,转变经济增长方式,要求建立健全农村社会保障体系。近些年来,我国加快了农村社会保障建设步伐,新型农村合作医疗试点逐步推进,农村最低生活保障制度快速发展,新型农村社会养老保险试点逐步扩大,中国农村社会保障体系框架基本形成。但是,我国农村社会保障的发展还存在诸多问题,针对这些问题,本文提出了一些思考与建议。

Social Security in Rural China:the Current Situation and Development Prospects

Abstract： Coordination of urban and rural economic and social development,well-off society and building a socialist harmonious society,change the mode of economic growth, calls for the establishment of a sound social security system in rural areas.In recent years, China has accelerated the development pace of rural social security,the new rural cooperative medical system pilot step by step,the rapid development of rural minimum living standard security system and the new rural social old-age insurance,the framework of China’s rural social security system basically formed.However,there are still many problems,based on these problems,this article made a number of suggestions for improve the China’s rural social security.
