摘要： 本文在回顾中国合作医疗制度发展历史的基础上,分析了改革开放30年来合作医疗制度几起几落的过程和原因,归纳了值得重视的几个方面的经验教训,作为对改革开放30年的纪念,对正在发展的新型农村合作医疗制度具有一定借鉴价值。

Some lessons from 30-year development of rural Cooperative Medical System

Abstract： This paper gives a very brief introduction about the history of rural Cooperative Medical System in China.It is worth analysing the reasons and results of the system as its dramatically up and down in the past 30 years.The study illustrates six aspects of experiences and lessons and hopes to provide helpful suggestions for the healthy development of new rural cooperation healthcare system.
